For the second year running, 'Stars in Our Eyes' for Lloyds TSB has won Conference Connections the Gold medal for best Motivational & Incentive Event at the Eventia awards.
The 2007 awards, held at the Hurlingham Club and hosted by comedian Michael McIntyre and "the voice of the balls" Alan Dedicoat, celebrates the best events held in the UK by UK companies.
Conference Connections' Managing Director Huw Morgan said: "We know 'Stars' is a great event. The Client loves it, the attendees love it and winning gold two years running means the industry recognises this. Moving 2,000 people around London is always a challenge, getting a Gold shows we managed to make this year's event different. We are currently working on Stars '08 - can we make it three golds in a row?"
Earlier in November, 'Stars in Our Eyes' collected three medals at the International Questar awards in New York and was honoured with a 'Grand' award in the Best Employee Motivation category, the first ever UK company to win a 'Grand' in this category.
